Check the project, phase, tower, unit number, floor area and availability. Ask what finishes or furnishings are included.

The complete payment schedule

Look at the total contract price, reservation fee, down payment, installment period, financing balance and other charges. A monthly amount alone doesn't show the full cost.

The offer's conditions

Ask for the validity dates, qualifying units, eligibility requirements and whether discounts can be combined, plus the turnover schedule for your unit.
