Who is Eligible?
- Regular Employees of the SM Group of Companies
- SMDC Sales Directors with at least 2 years of continuous service
- SMDC Associate Sales Directors and Property Specialists with at least 5 years of continuous service
- No History of Payment Delinquency for existing SMDC units
Unfortunately, relatives of employees and those with a history of delinquency are not eligible for this program.
How the Program Works
The SERP Program is available for new reservations only. Employees will need to submit an Affidavit of Undertaking to Conform (AUTC) and ensure all contracts are under the name of the qualified employee. Transfer of Rights (ToR) is allowed, but certain conditions apply, such as settling the balance in full upon approval of the transfer.
Move-In Requirements
To move into your new SMDC unit, ensure that the property is fully accepted and all required turnover payment milestones and move-in fees are settled. For pre-selling projects, turnover will commence once the required payments and project completion are finalized.
What Happens If You Leave the Company?
If you resign, retire, or are terminated before the end of the payment period, you’ll need to settle the Total Amount Payable (TAP) within 90 days through cash or a bank loan. Failure to do so will result in the standard cancellation process.
